Who we are
The Golden View is a monthly publication distributed in the Tri-State area (Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin), published in hard copy the last week of the month and available online. The Golden View is free and distributed to many locations in the Tri-State area. All submitted articles and columns reflect the views of the writers and not necessarily those of The Golden View. Every effort has been made to insure accuracy. Neither the publisher nor the advertisers will be held liable for errors. Reproductions of any artwork or ads is prohibited without the permission of The Golden View. |
In July 1994, Joan and Rudy Bellmann published the first issue of The Golden View. That issue consisted of 12 pages with 4,000 papers distributed throughout the tri-state area. Now, The Golden View publishes 20–32 pages and distributes 13,000 papers monthly. In September of 2014 The Golden View was sold to Golden View Publishing, Inc. Bill Beutin is the new Editor and brings with him over 20 years in the free paper Industry. Bill is a life long Dubuquer and plans on carrying on the Bellmann's rich tradition with The Golden View.
